A: The home page is the starting point for the Ohio Benefits system.
A: You can use this site to see if you may be eligible for benefits. You can apply for benefits. You can also get information about your benefits.
A: Use the Language links to view the website in the selected language.
A: Some features require you to log in. Others do not. You can check eligibility for benefits without logging in. To see and save your personal information, you must log in. For example, logging in is needed to start or finish a new application or access your benefits information.
A: To securely log in, type your User Name and Password. Then click the Log In button . If you do not have a User Name, use the Sign Up link to create an account.
A: When you click Log In, the system checks the User Name and Password fields. If you receive an error message, make corrections and click Log In again.
A: The Sign Up link takes you to a page where you can create a User Name and Password. When you have an account, you can see and save your personal information. You can start or finish a new application or access your benefits information.
A: If you have a User Name, but don’t know your Password, use the Forgot Password link. The link takes you to the Forgot Password page where you can reset your password.
A: If you have an account, you may receive messages about your benefits. The Message box lists your unread messages when you are logged in.
A: Click the Maximize button to go to the Message page. There you will see a list of messages in your Inbox.
A: The links in the Information box take you to other helpful information. For example, the Office Location and Hours link takes you to the Office Location and Hours page where you can search for office locations.
A: Click the Home button to return to the home page. The Home button is visible from all other pages within the portal.
