Q: What is this page for?

A: The Case Status page is where you can see the status of the benefits that you receive or that you have.

Q: What does the information in the Case Status section mean?

The Case Number is a unique number that is assigned to your case record.

An Applicant is the person that is receiving benefits or has submitted an application to receive benefits.

A Program is the benefit type that is being received or was applied for as part of the application process.  For example:  Medicaid.

The Status shows the current decision of each benefit type.

The Application Date is the date that the most recent request for benefits was submitted.

Q: What does the information in the Coverage Level section mean?

A: The Coverage Level section gives detailed information about each benefit that is authorized.

The Name lists each person that is considered when making a decision about a benefit.

The Type is the specific kind of benefit that each person in the household is receiving.

The Status shows the current decision of each benefit type for each person in the household.

The Authorized Amt is the amount of benefit that is issued for each household member.
