What does the Continue button do?

The Continue button will submit your  request to the Identity Proofing Services (IPS) and navigates you to the Identity Questions, Edit Your Information or the Verify Your Identity Results page based on the IPS response.

What is the "Your Request is Being Processed" portlet?

The "Your Request is Being Processed" portlet displays a message to alert you that your request is being processed.
