A: Use the Link a Case page to request access to your benefit information for an existing case.
A: Click the Yes radio button for the question "Do you have an existing case you would like to link to this account?".
Note: You must answer this question to submit a case link request. If you do not want to link a case at this point in the application process, you can link one later from the Home Page when you are ready.
do?A: The Continue button saves the page and takes you to the next step in the case linking process.
A: To leave the page without saving, click the Home hyperlink
to return to the Home page.
