Q:  What is this page for?

A:  Use the E-Signature page to read your rights as an applicant, non-applicant, or authorized representative, and to certify that the application you are submitting is accurate.

Q:  How do I sign the request?

A:  To sign the request, you enter an electronic signature (E-signature).  To do this, click the Check to Sign box next to the description that fits your role (Applicant, Non-Applicant, or Authorized Representative). Then, type your name in the Name box and enter your PIN in the PIN box (if you select 'Check to Sign' box next to the PIN field) as entered during sign-up.

Q: What does the Back button Back Button do?

A: The Back button returns to the previous page.

Q:  What does the Submit Application button Cancel and Exit Button do?

A:  The Submit Application button saves the page and submits your application for processing.  You will see a unique confirmation message when your application is submitted.

Q: How do I leave this page?

A: Click the Home hyperlink Home Button to return to the Home page.
