Q: What is this page for?

A:  The Message page is where you receive and send messages about your application or case.

Q:  What is the Inbox?

A: When you come to the Message page, it displays messages sent to you. This list is called your Inbox.

Q:  How do I read a message in my Inbox?

A: Click on the Inbox button to view your messages.

Q: How do I write and send a message?

A: Click the Compose button to write and send a message.

Q: How do I look at messages I’ve sent?

A: Click the Sent Items button. The Message page will show messages you have sent. To return to the list of messages sent to you, click the Inbox button.

Q: How do I leave this page?

A: You have two options to leave the page without saving. Click the Close button or the Home hyperlink .  When you click either button, you will be returned to the home page.
