A: Use the Forgot Password/Personal Identification Number (PIN) page to reset your password or PIN.
A: To start the process of resetting your password or PIN, select the checkbox for either Forgot Password or Forgot Pin or both and click the Continue button.
A: The Back button returns you to the previous page without resetting your password or PIN. Any information you entered will not be saved.
A: The Continue button moves you to the next step in resetting your password or PIN by navigating you to the Forgot Password/PIN page. You will need to enter a user name so the system can search for your account.
A: To leave the page, click the Home hyperlink to return to the Home page.
