Q: How do I reset my password?

A: To continue the process of resetting your password, type your User Name and click the Continue button.

Q: What does the Back button do?

A: The Back button returns you to the previous page without resetting your password or PIN. Any information you entered will not be saved.

Q: What does the Continue button do?

A: When you click the Continue button, the system searches for the user name you entered and shows the security questions.  You must correctly answer the security questions to reset your password or PIN.

Q: How do I leave this page?

A: To leave the page, click the Home hyperlink to return to the Home page.
